Vision requires compassion and a deep understanding of others. To be an effective leader, it’s crucial to physically step into the world of others and gain an embodied understanding of their experiences. A contemporary leader must continuously broaden their perspectives by embracing diversity, challenging assumptions, and seeking out new experiences. By cultivating empathy and seeking to understand others, a visionary leader can create a better future for all.
